Helping people has always been a priority of mine throughout my professional life. In Rolfing I've found a deeply effective way to improve other's lives.

I was hit by a car...

While training for a triathlon I was hit by a car on my bicycle. The accident left me with a pinched nerve in my neck, a shoulder with limited range of motion, and a lot of back pain. During the next year I saw many doctors. Each of whom offered a different theory about my pain, and a different approach to resolve it. None of the treatments worked. I felt hopeless and frustrated, and I wondered if living with pain was my new reality.

That's when a friend told me about Rolfing. She explained it as deep bodywork that untangles misalignments in the body. Rolfing had relieved her own athletic injuries and she thought that it could help me too. I did some research and made an appointment with a local Rolfer.

The Rolfing I received changed my life. It helped me to move better and feel more comfortable in my body. I'm now able to exercise and do the things I love, with even more ease than ever.  My experience inspired me to become a Rolfer myself, and now I'm deeply inspired to share this work with others.
